April 16, 2009 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #20 Item Title C-20 Extend Advertising of Amendments to the 2009-2010 Elementary & and Secondary Code of Student Conduct Issue/Rationale Florida Statutes require an annual review for modifications, changes, and additions to the Code of Conduct due to any legislative actions and local school requests.  There are very few changes to the document for 2009-2010 in the areas of student discipline. Recommended Action Approve extension of advertising of amendments to the 2009-2010 Elementary & and Secondary Code of Student Conduct as submitted.
